Our Promise

Satisfied or Refunded. If you’re not happy after activation, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll either fix the issue or refund you in full (first plan purchase only).

You can also cancel anytime to stop future renewals—your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

What’s Refundable

We’ll refund in these cases:

  1. 48-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee (first plan only)

    • Applies to your first purchase of Starter, Premium (annual), or Family.

    • Request within 48 hours of the activation email timestamp.

    • Please allow quick troubleshooting (player/app switch, EPG time-shift, network check). If we can’t resolve it fast, we’ll refund.

  2. Service Not Delivered

    • You didn’t receive credentials/activation and we cannot activate within 24 hours of payment.

  3. Billing Errors

    • Duplicate/accidental charges or being charged after cancellation (our fault).

What’s Not Refundable

  • Paid trial orders.

  • Renewals and partially used periods (cancel stops the next renewal).

  • PPV once delivered/started.

  • Channel lineup changes, region blocks, ISP/VPN routing, or third-party outages beyond our control.

  • Third-party app/device fees (e.g., iBO Player, IPTV Smarters, set-top boxes).

  • Account abuse/sharing beyond your plan’s connections.

  • Reseller/Affiliate purchases (see the program’s terms).

  • Crypto/Gift card payments (e.g., Binance Gift Card): refunded as account credit.

Cancellations

  • Cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support.

  • Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the current term.

  • We don’t pro-rate unused time after activation.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@voditv.com with:

  • Order ID / email used at checkout

  • Reason (e.g., “not satisfied,” “no activation,” “duplicate charge”)

  • Device & app you used (e.g., Samsung + iBO Player)

  • Any error messages / screenshots

We typically respond 24/7. Approved refunds for card/PayPal take 3–10 business days to appear (bank times vary). Crypto/gift card refunds post as account credit.

Performance & Troubleshooting (Quick Tips)

  • Use 10 Mbps per HD stream (25 Mbps for 4K), 5 GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet.

  • Update your player/app; try a different one (iBO Player, IPTV Smarters, XCIPTV, TiviMate, iPlayTV, VLC).

  • Adjust EPG Time-Shift/Timezone if program times look off.
